All orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
Shipments are handled by standard La Poste or Colissimo services, as well as DHL and UPS for mainland France, the French overseas territories, and internationally.
Delivery times cannot, under any circumstances, give rise to compensation, withholding, or cancellation of current orders.
Transport risks are borne by the buyer. In the event of damage and/or missing items noted upon receipt, the buyer must make all customary reservations with the carrier and inform Timed's Masar Customer Service within 7 days by:
